TERMS & CONDITIONS

Last updated: August 2026

Welcome to Dreamer’s Drop.

These Terms & Conditions apply when you browse or purchase jewellery from the Dreamer’s Drop website. By placing an order with us, you agree to these terms.

Please read them carefully before placing your order.

1. ABOUT DREAMER’S DROP

If you have any questions about these terms or an order you have placed, please contact us using the email address above.

2. OUR JEWELLERY

Dreamer’s Drop creates jewellery using individually selected crystals and gemstones set in sterling silver.

We take care to describe and photograph our jewellery as accurately as possible. However, colours may appear slightly different depending on your screen or device.

Crystals and gemstones are natural materials and may contain variations in colour, shape, pattern, texture, markings and inclusions. These characteristics are part of the individuality of each stone and are not considered faults where they are part of the natural character of the stone.

Where a piece is described as one of a kind, the photographs will show the individual piece you are purchasing wherever possible.

3. CRYSTALS, FOLKLORE & TRADITIONAL MEANINGS

Throughout Dreamer’s Drop, we may share folklore, historical beliefs, symbolism or traditional associations connected with particular crystals and gemstones.

We love the stories, meanings and traditions that have surrounded stones for generations. However, these are shared for their cultural, historical and spiritual interest and should not be understood as promises or guarantees about the effects of a particular crystal or gemstone.

Our jewellery and any information provided alongside it are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any medical or psychological condition and should not be used as a substitute for professional medical advice or treatment.

4. PRICES

All prices are displayed in pounds sterling (£) unless otherwise stated.

The price shown on the product page at the time you place your order is the price you will be charged, together with any applicable delivery charges shown during checkout.

Dreamer’s Drop is currently not VAT registered, so VAT is not separately charged on our products.

If this changes in the future, our website and pricing information will be updated accordingly.

5. PLACING AN ORDER

When you place an order through our website, you are making an offer to purchase the selected item or items.

You will receive an order confirmation after completing checkout.

We reserve the right to decline or cancel an order where there is a legitimate reason to do so, for example if an item is unavailable, there has been an obvious pricing error, payment has not been authorised, or we are unable to fulfil the order.

If we cancel an order after payment has been taken, you will receive a full refund for the affected item or order.

6. PAYMENT

Payment must be made using one of the payment methods available at checkout.

Your order will not be dispatched until the required payment has been successfully received or authorised.

We do not directly store your complete payment card details. Payments are processed through the payment services made available through our website.

7. AVAILABILITY & ONE OF A KIND PIECES

Many Dreamer’s Drop pieces are created in small quantities and some are entirely one of a kind.

Adding an item to your basket does not necessarily reserve it. An item is not secured until checkout has been successfully completed.

If an item becomes unavailable after you have placed your order, we will contact you as soon as possible and provide a refund where we are unable to fulfil the order.

Because we work with individually selected natural stones, we cannot guarantee that a sold out or one of a kind piece can be recreated exactly.

8. DELIVERY

Available delivery methods, estimated timescales and costs will be displayed on our website or during checkout.

We will aim to dispatch your order within the timeframe stated on the relevant product page.

As some Dreamer’s Drop pieces may require additional preparation before dispatch, processing times can vary between products.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive confirmation and tracking information where applicable.

Occasionally, circumstances outside our reasonable control may cause delays. If a significant delay occurs, we will contact you where appropriate.

Nothing in this section affects your statutory rights regarding delivery.

9. INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

Where international delivery is available, the applicable delivery options and charges will be displayed during checkout.

Orders sent outside the UK may be subject to customs duties, import taxes or other charges imposed by the destination country.

Unless stated otherwise, these charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included within the price paid to Dreamer’s Drop.

Customers are responsible for ensuring that the products they order can legally be imported into their destination country.

10. CHANGING YOUR MIND & CANCELLATIONS

If you are a UK consumer purchasing online, you will generally have the right to change your mind and cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods, subject to certain legal exceptions.

You do not need to provide a reason for cancelling.

Once you have told us that you wish to cancel, you will normally have a further 14 days to return the goods.

Please see our Returns & Refunds Policy for full information about arranging a return.

11. PERSONALISED & BESPOKE PIECES

Certain products that are made to your specifications or clearly personalised may not qualify for the usual change of mind cancellation rights.

Where an item is personalised or bespoke and this exception applies, we will make this clear before you place your order.

This does not affect your rights if an item is faulty, damaged or not as described.

12. EARRINGS

For hygiene reasons, earrings for pierced ears may not be eligible for a change of mind return where they have been supplied in sealed packaging and that seal has been broken after delivery.

This does not affect your statutory rights where an item is faulty, damaged or not as described.

13. RETURNS & REFUNDS

Please refer to our separate Returns & Refunds Policy for full information about returning an item.

Where you are exercising your legal right to cancel an online purchase, refunds will be made in accordance with your applicable consumer rights.

Unless an item is faulty or we have made an error with your order, you may be responsible for the cost of returning the item where we have informed you of this before purchase.

We recommend using an appropriately tracked and insured postal service when returning jewellery.

14. FAULTY OR DAMAGED JEWELLERY

We take care to check our jewellery before it is dispatched.

If your jewellery arrives faulty, damaged or is not as described, please contact us at dreamersdrop@gmail.com with your order details and photographs where appropriate.

Goods sold to UK consumers must be of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose and as described.

Nothing within these Terms & Conditions or our Returns & Refunds Policy is intended to limit your statutory consumer rights.

15. JEWELLERY CARE

Jewellery is delicate and should be treated with appropriate care.

We recommend avoiding unnecessary or prolonged exposure to water, perfume, lotions, household chemicals and other substances that may affect sterling silver or natural gemstones.

Sterling silver naturally tarnishes over time. This is a normal characteristic of the material and can usually be managed with appropriate cleaning and care.

Natural crystals and gemstones can vary considerably in hardness and durability. Some stones may be particularly sensitive to knocks, chemicals, heat or prolonged exposure to water.

Damage caused by accidents, inappropriate use, failure to follow reasonable care instructions or normal wear and tear is not necessarily considered a manufacturing fault.

This does not affect your statutory rights where an item was faulty when supplied.

16. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

Unless otherwise stated, the Dreamer’s Drop name, branding, original jewellery designs, photographs, illustrations, written content and other original material appearing on our website belong to Dreamer’s Drop.

They may not be copied, reproduced, commercially used or distributed without our prior permission, except where permitted by law.

17. WEBSITE INFORMATION

We take reasonable care to ensure that the information provided on our website is accurate and up to date.

Occasionally, errors may occur in product descriptions, prices, availability or other website content. Where we discover an error affecting an order, we will contact you as soon as reasonably possible.

We may update, change or remove website content, collections and products from time to time.

18. OUR RESPONSIBILITY TO YOU

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes or limits liability where it would be unlawful for us to do so.

Nothing in these terms limits your statutory rights as a consumer.

We are not responsible for losses that were not reasonably foreseeable when the contract was entered into or losses arising from circumstances outside our reasonable control, except where the law provides otherwise.

Our jewellery is supplied for personal use unless otherwise agreed.

19. PRIVACY

We take the privacy of our customers seriously.

Information provided when you use our website or place an order will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Please refer to our separate Privacy Policy for further information about how personal information is collected, used and protected.

20. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time, for example to reflect changes to our business, website or applicable law.

The Terms & Conditions that apply to your purchase will be those in effect when you place your order.

The date these terms were last updated will be shown at the top of this page.

21. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

If you are a consumer living elsewhere in the UK, you will continue to benefit from any mandatory consumer protections available to you under applicable law.

Nothing in these terms is intended to restrict any rights you have regarding where legal proceedings may be brought.
