Every Dreamer’s Drop piece is carefully prepared and packaged before beginning its journey to you. Please find everything you need to know about shipping and delivery below.

PROCESSING TIMES

As many of our pieces are handcrafted in small quantities, processing times may vary between collections and individual pieces.

The estimated dispatch time will always be stated on the relevant product page. Please note that this is the time required before your order is shipped and does not include the delivery time.

If your order contains multiple pieces with different processing times, your order will normally be dispatched together once all pieces are ready.

UK DELIVERY

All UK orders are sent using a tracked delivery service so that you can follow your jewellery on its journey to you.

Shipping costs and available delivery options will be shown at checkout before you complete your purchase.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking information.

INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY

Dreamer’s Drop currently ships within the UK, but we hope our pieces will journey further afield very soon.

PACKAGING

Every Dreamer’s Drop piece is carefully packaged to keep it protected throughout its journey.

Where possible, we aim to use considered packaging without compromising the protection of your jewellery.

DELAYS & LOST PARCELS

Occasionally, delays can occur once an order has left us, particularly during busy periods or as a result of circumstances outside our control.

If your parcel appears to be significantly delayed or you experience an issue with your delivery, please get in touch at dreamersdrop@gmail.com and we will do our best to help.

DELIVERY ADDRESSES

Please check that your delivery address is complete and correct before placing your order.

If you notice an error after ordering, please contact us as soon as possible at dreamersdrop@gmail.com. We will always try to help, but unfortunately we cannot guarantee that an address can be changed once an order has been dispatched.
