Every Dreamer’s Drop piece is created by hand using natural gemstones and precious metals. A little care will help preserve its character and beauty for years to come.

 

CARING FOR YOUR PIECES

Your jewellery should be the last thing you put on and the first thing you take off.

Avoid direct contact with perfume, hairspray, lotions, oils and other cosmetics. We also recommend removing your jewellery before showering, swimming, exercising or sleeping.

Natural gemstones can vary in hardness and sensitivity, so avoid knocks, drops and prolonged exposure to water.

STORING YOUR JEWELLERY

When your pieces aren't being worn, keep them somewhere cool and dry, ideally stored individually in their Dreamer’s Drop pouch or box.

Keeping pieces separate will help prevent chains from tangling, gemstones from being scratched and metals from rubbing against one another.

STERLING SILVER

Sterling silver naturally tarnishes over time. This is completely normal and doesn't mean your jewellery has been damaged.

​

To restore its shine, gently polish the silver with a soft jewellery polishing cloth. Avoid abrasive cleaners, particularly around gemstones.

NATURAL GEMSTONES

No two stones are quite the same.

Variations in colour, pattern, inclusions and texture are part of the natural character of the gemstones we use and make every Dreamer’s Drop piece unique.

Some gemstones are more delicate than others, so we recommend avoiding chemical jewellery cleaners and ultrasonic cleaners unless you know they are suitable for your particular stone.

A soft, dry or very slightly damp cloth is usually all that is needed for gentle cleaning.
