Are all Dreamer’s Drop pieces handmade?
Yes. Each Dreamer’s Drop piece is designed and sculpted by hand, beginning with an individually chosen stone. Because of the handmade process and the natural variations within crystals and gemstones, no two pieces will ever be completely identical.
What materials do you use?
All Dreamer’s Drop jewellery is created using genuine crystals and gemstones set in sterling silver. The specific stone used in each piece will always be listed within its individual product description.
Are the crystals and gemstones natural?
We use genuine crystals and gemstones, individually chosen for their colour, character and natural markings. Variations, inclusions and imperfections are part of what makes every stone unique and are something we celebrate within our designs.
Will my piece look exactly like the photograph?
For one of a kind pieces, the jewellery photographed is the exact piece you will receive.
Where a design is recreated using another natural stone, there may be subtle differences in colour, shape, pattern and inclusions. These natural variations mean that every Dreamer’s Drop piece has a character of its own.
Is your jewellery sterling silver?
Yes. Dreamer’s Drop jewellery is currently created using sterling silver. Where required, pieces will be hallmarked in accordance with UK hallmarking requirements.
Where is Dreamer’s Drop jewellery made?
Dreamer’s Drop is based in Hampshire, England. Each piece is designed and finished by hand here, drawing inspiration from the folklore and wild landscapes of Britain and Europe.
How should I care for my jewellery?
To keep your jewellery looking its best, we recommend avoiding prolonged contact with water, perfume, lotions and household chemicals.
Sterling silver naturally develops some tarnish over time and can be gently cleaned using a suitable silver polishing cloth.
As every piece contains natural crystals or gemstones, we also recommend treating your jewellery gently and protecting it from knocks and drops. When it isn’t being worn, store your piece somewhere cool and dry, ideally within its original packaging.
Can I wear my jewellery in water?
We recommend removing your jewellery before swimming, bathing or showering. While sterling silver can be cleaned and polished, repeated exposure to moisture and chemicals can encourage tarnishing and may not be suitable for some natural stones.
Do you accept returns?
We hope you fall in love with your piece, but if something isn’t quite right, unworn jewellery may be returned in accordance with our Returns Policy.
For hygiene reasons, earrings for pierced ears cannot usually be returned unless faulty. Certain personalised or made to order pieces may also be excluded from returns. Please see our full Returns Policy for further information.
How long will my order take to arrive?
As Dreamer’s Drop pieces are made and finished by hand, processing times may vary. An estimated dispatch time will be shown on the individual product page.
Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive confirmation and tracking information where applicable.
Do you ship internationally?
Dreamer’s Drop currently ships within the United Kingdom. We hope to offer international delivery in the future, so please keep an eye on our website and social channels for updates.
Will sold out pieces come back?
Sometimes. Due to the individual nature of the stones we use, some pieces may be entirely one of a kind, while others may return in slightly different forms.
